These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Cure Connect services operated by PHDC PRIVATE LIMITED, including our public website, partner portals, and mobile applications for patients and drivers.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Cure Connect, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Services

Cure Connect connects patients, ambulances, hospitals, doctors, and diagnostic partners. Features may include ambulance requests, appointments, diagnostics bookings, partner dashboards, and related notifications. Availability, coverage, and response times are not guaranteed and depend on partner capacity, connectivity, and local conditions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, endanger safety, or appear fraudulent.

Emergency and medical disclaimer

Cure Connect is a coordination platform, not a substitute for emergency services or clinical judgment. In a life-threatening emergency, contact local emergency numbers immediately. See also our Disclaimer.

Drivers and partners

Drivers and partner organizations must maintain required licenses, vehicle and facility standards, and truthful KYC information. Accepting a ride or booking creates operational obligations to fulfill it professionally and lawfully.

Payments

Fees for services may be charged through Razorpay or other processors. Prices, taxes, refunds, and cancellations follow in-product disclosures and applicable law. Failed or disputed payments may result in service limits until resolved.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse ambulance or emergency features for non-emergency harassment
• Do not upload false KYC documents or impersonate others
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform unlawfully
• Do not use the services for illegal activity

Intellectual property

The Cure Connect name, logo, and software are the property of PHDC PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy or use them without permission, except as needed to use the services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHDC PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays, unavailability, or outcomes of third-party medical providers, drivers, or networks. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
