Information we collect

Website

When you contact us or submit a partnership inquiry, we may collect your name, email, organization, phone number, and message content.

Patient app

• Account identifiers (phone number, email, display name, authentication IDs)
• Precise or approximate location when you request ambulance or nearby services
• Booking and ride details (pickup, destination, hospital, emergency type, status)
• Appointment and diagnostic booking information you submit
• Payment-related metadata processed via Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers)
• Push notification tokens so we can send ride and booking updates
• Device and app diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service

Driver app

• Account and profile details required for verification
• Location while online to match nearby ride requests and share trip progress
• KYC and compliance documents you upload (for example identity or vehicle documents)
• Ride assignment, OTP verification, and trip lifecycle data
• Payment / payout-related information where applicable via Razorpay
• Push notification tokens for new requests and ride updates

Partner portals

We collect account credentials, organization profile data, service catalogs, appointment or order records, payout/KYC details you configure, and operational logs needed to run the portal.

How we use information

• Provide emergency ambulance matching, navigation context, and trip updates
• Enable appointments, diagnostics bookings, and partner workflows
• Process payments and payouts through Razorpay
• Verify drivers and partner accounts
• Send transactional notifications (SMS/email/push) about bookings and rides
• Respond to support inquiries and improve reliability and safety
• Meet legal, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Location

Location is used for ambulance request matching, ETAs, and live trip coordination. You can deny or revoke location permission in system settings; some features will not work without it. We do not request background location unless a future release clearly asks for it and you consent.

Payments

Card and UPI checkout is handled by Razorpay. Cure Connect receives payment status, amounts, and references needed for receipts, refunds, and partner settlements. Razorpay processes payment credentials under its own policies.

Push notifications

With your permission, we store device push tokens (for example Expo push tokens) to deliver ride and booking alerts. You can disable notifications in system settings.

Sharing

We may share data with:

• Assigned drivers, hospitals, doctors, or labs as needed to fulfill a booking
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, authentication, maps, messaging)
• Razorpay for payments and payouts
• Authorities when required by law or to protect safety and rights

Retention

We retain account, booking, ride, and payment records as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal/tax requirements, and maintain security. Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond.

Your choices and rights

You may update profile information in-app or via portals, revoke permissions in device settings, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable under Indian law by emailing us. Some data may be retained where legally required.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. Guardians arranging care for minors should use accounts under adult supervision.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Third-party links

Our website and apps may link to external platforms (maps, social media, payment providers). Those services operate under their own privacy policies.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
